1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a Chinese factory located in Baoding city (satellite city of Beijing). We produce unified bags and make custom-made packages. Welcome you or your representative to visit our factory.

2. What's your MOQ?

For ready-made unified bags, the MOQ is 1000 pieces, and for customized packaging, it depends on the size and printing of your design. Most raw material is 6000m, MOQ=6000/L or W per bag, usually around 30,000pcs. The more you order, the lower the price will be.

3. What is the production time for an order?

We can prepare ready-made packages without individual design in 3 days. And the custom packaging will depend on your design and quantity, but usually we can complete your order within 15-20 days after the design is confirmed and deposit received.

4. What is the delivery time?

Usual 5-15days according to order quantity.

We send goods through a reliable, experienced international transport company.

5. It turns out from China to order a long time to wait for goods?

The first time it turns out to be a little long to wait, and from the second time you will regularly make an order in advance, the first batch ends and the second batch will already be taken to your city, you will not feel so long to wait. Our clients usually order goods for 2-3 months, receive a batch and after 15 days or a month make another order, slowly batch after batch is spinning normally.

6. How can I get an accurate price?

Please let us know the use of packaging first, so that we can offer you the most suitable material and type, such as for nuts, the best material is BOPP / VMPET / CPP, you can also use paper bag for crafts, most types are doypack, with a window or without a window, with a zip lock or without a zip lock according to your desire. If you tell me which material and type you want, that will be the best.

Secondly, the size and thickness are very important, this will affect the cost.

Thirdly, printing and color. There can be no more than 9 colors on one layout, just the more colors you have, the higher the cost will be. If you have an exact printing method, that will be great; If not, please provide the basic information you want to print, and tell us which style you want, we will make a free design for you.

Fourth, quantity. The more, the cheaper.

7. Do you make OEM work?

Yes, this is the main work we do. You can provide us your design directly, or you can provide basic information to us, we can make a free design for you.

8. Do I need to pay the cliché cost every time I order?

No. The cliché is a one time fee, next time if you re-order the same layout for the same design, the cliché fee will no longer be required. The cylinder depends on your package size and design colors. And we will keep your cliches for 2 years before reordering.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Usually 50% deposit after design confirmation and full payment before delivery. You can pay by TT, Western Union, etc.

10. What files do you accept for design?

We accept AI, PDF, PSD, etc., any files where you can display the original design in layers. We can also help design for you.

11. Do you provide after-sales service?

Well, of course; naturally. Firstly, we will check again and again before delivery, including quality, quantity, packaging, etc., photos and videos of the goods will be taken and shown to you. And will try our best to ensure you get the best packing bags. Once you receive them, we can suggest how to complete, seal and store them. In addition, if there is a problem with the quality of our products, we will take all the responsibility, actively communicate with you and find the best solution for you.
